U.S. Shipping Orders – USPS First Class Mail – $5.00 FLAT RATE
Most items are handmade to order, therefore take 2-4 weeks to ship. Some items are in stock and those items will ship within 48 hours. You will receive your order anywhere from 3-7 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. This is just an estimate and doesn’t include weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you when the order has shipped. All US orders ship USPS First Class Mail.
International Shipping – USPS First Class Mail – $17.25 FIRST CLASS PACKAGE

This is just an estimate and doesn’t include weekends or holidays. Certain countries hold packages in customs which can cause unexpected delays. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you when the order has shipped. All International orders ship with USPS.

Taxes and Duties
All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery).We ship your package DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid”, and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by Kapua U'i.
Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
US Returns & Exchanges
Merchandise must be returned to our returns department within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition with all tags attached. Items without tags attached or delivered to our returns department outside the 14 day window will not be accepted. All custom orders are final sale. Items purchased on sale or items used with a promo code are final sale.

International Returns
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Kapua U'i Jewelry. Please include your name/phone number/email/order # in your package. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition with all tags attached. Items without tags attached or delivered to our returns department outside the 30 day window will not be accepted. All custom orders are final sale. Items purchased on sale or items used with a promo code are final sale. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

Refunds and Processing
Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
